The wait is over for Lilywood Landings VIP buyers!

26 July 24

Pre-registered customers of Lilywood Landings now have the chance to snap up one of the very first blocks of land in Lilywood Landings – and in the new city of Waraba – under a special release this week.

This exciting milestone for our community features 73 lots in Stages 1 and 2, known as Merryvale, with block sizes ranging from 315 square metres to 995 square metres and prices starting from only $280,000.

As the gateway community to Waraba, the first lots at Lilywood Landings are also the first ever home sites to be released in this brand new city.

Buyers can view the available lots and their location within Lilywood Landings via an interactive map on our website.

Merryvale includes a wide variety of home sites suitable for many different home designs and styles, including large corner blocks, family-sized lots close to a future park and playground, and low maintenance blocks backing on to open green space.

All lots in the first two stages are located within easy walking distance of a planned service station and convenience store, and a proposed childcare centre and swim school.

“The first release of land at Waraba’s first suburb of Lilywood is an historic moment for this new city and the Moreton Bay region,” said Lennium Group Development Manager Ian Worthington.

“Construction of Lilywood Landings only commenced in February this year but the creation of our first 228 blocks of land is steaming ahead with the first homes expected to start construction by early next year,” he said.

“In a few short years, Lilywood Landings residents will be part of a thriving residential community located alongside the banks of the Caboolture River with close connections to all the great lifestyle benefits of this region.”

Waraba in the City of Moreton Bay will eventually supply around 30,000 homes plus schools, parks, sporting fields and a town centre for an expected population of 70,000 people – approximately the size of Mackay.

Mr Worthington said Lilywood Landings would have an immediate, positive impact on southeast Queensland’s housing crisis and would deliver more than 700 new blocks in total over the coming years.
