Promotion:
Buyers who purchase selected house and land packages with Burbank Homes at Lilywood Landings will receive a $10,000 landscaping package included as part of their build.

Eligibility:
This offer is available to purchasers who:
• Pay the full initial fee to Burbank within 14 days of deposit confirmation; and
• Complete all required paperwork as outlined by Burbank within the same timeframe; and
• Purchase an eligible house and land package on larger blocks at Lilywood Landings, 4 Merryvale Circuit, Lilywood QLD 4513.

Offer Period:
This promotion is valid until 31 July 2025, unless extended, withdrawn, or amended earlier by either promoter at their discretion.

Conditions:
1. The purchaser pays the full initial fee to Burbank Australia (QLD) Pty Ltd (Burbank) and completes all required paperwork’s to Burbank strictly within 14 days after the deposit has been received.
2. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Burbank promotions with the exception of Burbank’s ‘LifeStyled’ promotion.
3. This offer is only available in the state of Queensland, Australia.

5. The landscaping value of $10,000 includes GST.
