It’s not every day you get the chance to buy the very first blocks of land in a brand-new city!

Developed by Lennium Group, Lilywood Landings is also expected to be the first Waraba community to welcome residents when homes in Stage 1 are completed around mid-2025.

“The first stage is on track to be completed before the end of the year, which means we will see construction of the first homes starting early in 2025,” he said.

Lilywood Landings is located on Caboolture River Road at the gateway to Waraba, and will provide more than 700 much-needed new homes over the coming years.
Residents will have access to an expansive 1.74 kilometres of Caboolture River frontage, more than 23 hectares for parks and green open spaces, and everyday services such as a convenience store and childcare centre.
Lilywood Landings will also feature the region’s first display home village with more than 30 designs from a range of local, state and national builders on show.
