Lilywood Landings developer Lennium Group has been creating high-quality property projects across Australia for more than 20 years, guaranteeing Waraba’s first residential community is in very safe hands.

The first master planned community for the new city of Waraba, Lilywood Landings, is being delivered by one of Australia’s most experienced developers with a track record of creating successful projects for more than two decades.

Lennium Group is a family-owned business that has completed more than 10 developments in southeast Queensland. The projects range from house and land communities across many different regions, to larger rural acreage lots, and collections of stylish terrace homes in key infill locations.

Lilywood Landings is located in Waraba’s first suburb, Lilywood. Lennium is one of several developers collaborating with governments, utility providers and other stakeholders to progress the formation of Lilywood.

Lennium’s other current projects include Highland Walloon, an approved 900-lot community in the historic township of Walloon in the Ipswich corridor, and Newfields Thagoona, an approved 500-lot project in the same region with plans for a major neighbourhood centre and tavern.

The company’s completed Queensland projects include the delivery of almost 700 home sites across six land estates and 230 terrace homes across five medium density developments. The company has also undertaken several property projects in Victoria with others currently in the planning stages.

Lennium Group was founded by Nicholas Lennon and the Lennon family and has a team of highly experienced property industry executives.
