We are excited to provide another construction update for Lilywood Landings after making great progress on the community in recent weeks.
Civil contractor BMD Urban is working on multiple fronts to complete bulk earthworks, infrastructure installation and other key components of the project as we reach the 6-month mark for construction.
Bulk earthworks have been completed for Stage 1 and are continuing at pace for Stages 2 to 4. Meanwhile, trunk sewer works, reticulation sewer works for Stage 1, stormwater services and retaining walls for Stage 1 are all under way.
We are also making strong progress on Lilywood Boulevard – the main entry road to Lilywood Landings – with the completion of stormwater culverts.
As the gateway community to the new city of Waraba, we will be front and centre for all visitors to the region and also the location for Waraba’s first display home village.
In a few short years, Lilywood Landings residents will be part of a thriving residential community located alongside the banks of the Caboolture River with close connections to all the great lifestyle benefits of this region.
