Since our sod-turning in February, we’ve been hard at work laying the foundations for Lilywood Landings with several major construction milestones achieved. Here’s an update on our progress.
Construction of the first 228 lots in the first precinct, along with essential infrastructure, is well advanced
and there’s already been significant interest from eager buyers in anticipation of our first land release.
Our civil contractor, BMD Urban, has been busy on civil works to deliver the first five stages of land –efforts that are crucial not only for our community but for the entire city of Waraba.
Stage one is quickly taking shape with bulk earthworks now complete. Stormwater, sewer and retaining walls are now being installed. Over at Stages 2-4, bulk earthworks have now commenced.
The next steps will be the completion of trunk sewer through the site and the major culvert structure for Lilywood Boulevard is now under construction.
Lennium Group Development Manager Ian Worthington said he was very pleased with the progress to date and looking forward to providing future updates on the community.
“We are now full steam ahead and given the critical housing shortage in southeast Queensland, we’re especially pleased to be providing an affordable entry to the property market in the fast-growing
Moreton Bay region,” he said.
“We expect the first lots to be registered later this year, with construction on the first homes starting
early next year!”
