Lilywood Landings Masterplan
Lilywood Landings is the first master planned community to come to life in the future city of Waraba (Caboolture West) and will create opportunities for everyday families to invest in their future.
The first land release will include our Master Builders (QMBA) Display Village.
Our inspiration for Lilywood Landings precinct names was founded from the original dairy farming family that occupied the land on which Lilywood Landings is situated.
First Release
Merryvale
Honouring the dairy farming legacy, Merryvale pays tribute to the innovative Newton family. Their forward-thinking approach and experiments with new tech made Merryvale farm a hub for agri innovation. The name comes from the “Stud” of the Jersey Cow Farm, where the Queensland Department of Primary Industries hosted field trips.
The Bails
Named after the iconic milking sheds on dairy farms, The Bails epitomises the Newtons’ ingenuity. These modern-style sheds, crafted from farm-cut timber, were featured in a newspaper, showcasing the Newtons’ progressive farming methods.
