The Lilywood Landings team has been hard at work in the run up to Christmas, and there is plenty to share as we look back over the past few months.
Thanks to our civil contractor BMD Urban, all of the concrete driveways, kerbs and channels are now complete, with the final asphalt for the internal roads being laid soon.
All of our gas, water, sewerage, communication and electrical services are also nearing completion and streetlights will be switched on over the next few weeks.
Importantly, the major intersection upgrade to the entry of Lilywood landings has progressed with drivers along Caboolture River Road now using the new northern lanes, and completion of the southern lanes and traffic signals is anticipated for early March next year.
For those who appreciate visual change, fencing, turf, and thousands of trees and plants have made a significant difference to the vista.
Looking ahead, a total of 105 lots are on track for completion in the next few weeks with first settlements expected to take place in January, followed by the construction of our first homes.
So it looks like an even bigger year is on the horizon! Future buyers will soon be able to visit our new sales centre, with the official opening set for March 2025. The new year will also see construction begin on the eagerly awaited display village.
