Steps to Submit Your EOI

1. Submission Timing

• EOIs will be accepted from 9:00 am on Saturday 29th August 2026.

2. Submission Method

• Submit EOI forms via email to sales@lilywoodlandings.com.au.

3. EOI Form Requirements

Fully completed form, including:

• Full names, including middle names.
• Full contact details for each buyer (individual and unique email addresses and phone numbers).
• Finance pre-approval attached.
• Builder.
• Solicitor details. 
• The EOI must be submitted by the potential buyer(s), not a third party.
• Email subject line: “Lilywood Landings EOI – [Your Name] – Lot [Lot #]”.
• Please note only Owner Occupier buyers will be considered. 

4. EOI Deposit

• Once Lilywood Landings confirms your EOI, send your $2,000 EOI deposit to the account below and email the remittance advice to sales@lilywoodlandings.com.au.
• Email subject line: “Lilywood Landings EOI Deposit – [Your Name] – Lot [Lot #]”.
