A new shopping destination is coming soon to Lilywood

Life in Lilywood is about to get even more convenient, with a brand-new shopping centre set to bring everyday essentials, specialty stores, and modern facilities right to the heart of the community.

Coles Group Property Developments (CGPD) will break ground later this year on Waraba City’s very first new shopping centre, located at 483 Caboolture River Road, Lilywood. Along with the centre itself, CGPD will deliver important upgrades to local roads and infrastructure, making access easier and safer for residents and visitors.

The new retail hub will feature a full-line Coles supermarket and a selection of specialty shops, all designed to create a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, and convenience.
