Lennium Group has approved projects across Australia with an end value of more than $4.3 billion.

The family-owned business has completed projects across southeast Queensland, ranging from house and land communities to larger rural acreage lots, and collections of stylish terrace homes in key infill locations.

Lennium Group is one of several developers collaborating with state and local government, utility providers and other stakeholders to create communities in Lilywood, the first suburb in Waraba.

Numerous successful projects nation-wide

Lennium’s completed Queensland projects include the delivery of almost 700 home sites across six land estates and 230 terrace homes across five medium density developments. The company has also undertaken several property projects in Victoria with others currently in the planning stages. Lennium Group was founded by the Lennon family who have many decades of residential property development across Australia. There is also a team of hands-on, highly experienced property industry executives also with development experience.
