As the year draws to a close, we are celebrating an incredible 12 months of progress at Lilywood Landings, with major milestones reached across the community and exciting momentum carrying through into 2026.
Throughout 2025, the team has delivered an impressive 276 residential lots, with more than a third of these now seeing homes either under construction or already completed. The growing number of houses taking shape across the community is a clear sign that our community is fast becoming vibrant and liveable.
Looking ahead, registration for Stages 5, 6 and 7 has just been completed, paving the way for settlements in December. Stage 8 has officially sold out and is expected to settle in the new year, while Stage 9 construction is close behind, with only a limited number of lots remaining. Construction has also recently commenced on Stage 10, which is set to be released to the market in early 2026.
Beyond individual stages, significant infrastructure works have continued at pace. Contractors have been busy delivering major sewer infrastructure servicing the entire new suburb of Lilywood, alongside bulk earthworks across the balance of the project.
Landscaping milestones have also been achieved, with final planting now complete on the first waterway and construction well underway on the major waterway connection to the Caboolture River.
Behind the scenes, project consultants are progressing future planning and approvals across the remainder of the site, ensuring Lilywood Landings continues to deliver the high-quality land and thoughtful design the community has come to expect.
Lennium Development Manager Ian Worthington said he was thrilled with the progress achieved in 2025.
“What’s especially exciting is how quickly Lilywood Landings is transitioning from a development site into a genuine community,” he said.
“With homes under construction, streets taking shape and families moving in, we’re seeing the vision come to life in a very real way.
“Buyer demand across multiple stages reflects the confidence people have in Lilywood Landings and in the long-term growth of Waraba as a new city.”
Adding to the momentum, early works have commenced on the 7-Eleven service station and Sparkletown car wash, both of which are on track to open in July next year, further enhancing local convenience for residents.
Of course, one of the most exciting milestones this year has been the opening of the Lilywood Landings Display Village – the very first display village in the new city of Waraba. Created in partnership with Master Builders Queensland, the village showcases a diverse range of homes from some of Australia’s most trusted builders, offering visitors the opportunity to explore designs that reflect the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of the Moreton Bay region.
Whether you’re searching for a modern family home or a stylish single-level design, the Display Village offers inspiration for a wide range of lifestyles. It is open Saturday to Wednesday, 10am to 4pm, located on Merryvale Circuit.
Perhaps the most meaningful milestone of all is that Lilywood Landings’ very first residents will be celebrating Christmas in their brand-new homes this year – a truly special moment for our growing community.
