It was an exciting morning at Lilywood Landings as we celebrated the incredible construction progress at a special event for our builder partners.
The Builders’ Breakfast was held at our newly opened Sales Centre, giving representatives of our key builders a chance to look around and find out more about the new community.
Lennium Group Operations Manager Andrew Boyd took the opportunity to thank guests for their contributions in bringing Lilywood Landings to life.
“This morning wasn’t just about showcasing milestones – it was about celebrating the partnerships that make progress possible,” he said.
“Our builders are the visionaries who will shape this community’s streetscapes and homes – and we’re so proud to share this journey with them.”
When the first sod was turned at Lilywood Landings just over 12 months ago, it also marked the official start of the new city of Waraba.
The pace of progress since has been nothing short of remarkable. Over the past six months alone, the site has seen:
At the centre of it all is the Master Builders QLD (MBQLD) Display Village, which will serve as the heartbeat of Lilywood Landings in its early years – a place to walk through real homes, connect with builders, and imagine life in this new neighbourhood.
Mr Boyd said the Display Village would play a vital role in shaping the identity and vibrancy of Lilywood Landings.
“The Display Village is where dreams take shape – it’s the place where future residents can walk through a front door and imagine their life here,” he said.
“It’s not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about creating inspiration, connection and community from day one.
“We’re incredibly fortunate to be working with such a passionate and talented group of builders.
“Every display home is a showcase of the vision and craftsmanship that will define Lilywood Landings, and we can’t wait to see it all come together.”
