Formed in 1982, the Caboolture Rugby Union Club has grown steadily over the years and has a solid reputation.

Juniors (under 6s to under 17s) play in the Brisbane competition, with the 16/17s spending a few seasons on the Sunshine Coast as well. The teams have secured numerous Premierships and Minor Premierships.

The senior teams started in the Sunshine Coast Competition, moved to the Brisbane Division Two Competition, and have had a few trips back and forth between the two comps, with the long-term view to build a Premier club.
