We are thrilled to announce that Lilywood Landings will be home to the Moreton Bay region’s latest display village, showcasing almost 30 homes by 16 builders, catering to a range of lifestyles and budgets for new home buyers.

In partnership with Master Builders Queensland, the Lilywood Landings display village will provide an amazing source of ideas and inspiration for new home builders, all in one convenient location.

As the first display village in Waraba, formerly Caboolture West, it will perfectly illustrate the lifestyle future residents can look forward to.

The display village blocks are expected to be ready for building on by the end of 2024 with the homes opening their doors for inspection in 2025.

Master Builders Queensland CEO Paul Bidwell said the new display village would be an amazing source of inspiration for home buyers in this growing corridor.

“Master Builders is proud to join the Lilywood Landings community. This groundbreaking display village is the result of two and half years’ work, bringing some of Queensland’s most respected and sought-after local home builders together in this exciting new locale,” Mr Bidwell said.

Display Village builders will include Brighton Homes, Metricon, Simmonds, Burbank, Integrale Homes, Hudson Homes, Nu Trend Homes, Neptune Homes, Catapult Homes, Ultra Living Homes, Zoom Constructions, Glenvill Homes, McLachlan Homes, Creation Homes, Arcadia Homes and Roonsleigh Homes.

Brighton Homes CEO Brad Collins said the renowned national builder would be constructing three homes in the new display village.

“Brighton Homes is thrilled to be establishing ourselves in one of fastest growing corridors in Queensland, opening our doors to three cutting-edge display homes within the new Lilywood Landings Display Village,” Mr Collins said.

“Each of these homes will be thoughtfully crafted to harmonise with the local surroundings and natural landscape, prioritising unparalleled quality and innovation.”
