When people think Lilywood Landings and the new city of Waraba, the first thing that comes to mind is usually all the new homes springing up in this fast-growing region.

The broader plan also includes schools, sporting facilities, parks, transport connections and community infrastructure to support a population expected to eventually reach around 65,000 to 70,000 people.
Ian said this integrated approach was becoming increasingly important for today’s home buyers.
“People are placing greater value on lifestyle than ever before,” he said.
